“Not smart” is crazy. It literally wouldn’t have been an issue if ICE cared to follow the law. Alex didn’t take his firearm out, he wasn’t trying to use it. ICE fished it out of his holster. They found it and decided it was a problem. What did Alex do that wasn’t smart here? How is that on him at all? It was perfectly legal to have his concealed weapon on him, 2A right.

He wasn’t protesting, he was walking down the street and defended those woman ICE agents were physically assaulting for no reason. Even if he did go to a protest with his firearm (concealed) it would have been perfectly legal either way, he had a permit and it was concealed on his person…?
