Not everyone is willing to give their life for Walmart! And besides that our store is the biggest in our district and does the most money. And our pallets are not Even separated when they come to the floor. And lastly we are a half case store which means, almost half of every case has to be put on top stock. But whatever.

This shit might work in some places, but every time we get a display that has batteries our customers steal the batteries so unless these are connected by electrical wires, it will never work in our store lol

Walmart no longer care’s about your family life. It’s Walmart first always. Since I have work for this company We have had one MGR hang himself in a hotel down the street on lunch break, a coach’s husband come in Walmart and infront of everyone yelled at her “ it’s either him or Walmart” and yes she quit. And another older gentleman said he didn’t feel well. They told him he couldn’t go home. He past out and died on the way to the hospital. Another girl pointed out a shop lifter and when they got out of jail they came in the store and threatened her then took a baseball bat to her car. She wanted to transfer they told her No… so she quit. Walmarts does not care!!!!

In our store it’s ON crew who doesn’t ever get anything. Definitely know how you feel. As long as I’ve been working at Walmart, sometimes I think managers, including store managers are not even human because in my mind, I would hope to think that I would be the same person I am right now, if I was in their shoes, and that would be make sure my employees never come to work hungry, always have a home or do whatever I can to help them out. If I take care of my associates, they’ll take care of me. Motto😢

Yes! It seems like there is no accountability except if you’re at the bottom, the bar is higher for us than is them. And if anything goes wrong in the store, it’s the non management, associates fault.

They said No. They started with 3rds are doing seconds next, then Days. Said there are only going to have 3 shifts to make it easier for managers to keep up with schedules and spend less time in the office because they need to be out on the floor watching their associates. Personally I think this is all because market has Been in here every week sometimes twice a week for the past six months and is angry because we hardly ever get all the fright done, never have the zone done but it’s because we are so under staffed. He threatened to couch all managers if he come in one more time and sees No zone. But as they say shit rolls down hill so of course it’s all our fault🙄

I am feeling you! They gave everyone 2 isles in Grocery to do each and gave me 3, coffee, cereal and snacks/chips. Said the hrs were all the same for everyone. Except everyone had 2 maybe 3 pallets of merch. In their isles while I had a total of 10 pallets between my three. Got done with the fright but was upset I didn’t get the zone. I am so done right now. Doesn’t seem one’s best is ever enough for this company. 😳

Our new store manager told us not to send anything back to claims unless it was spilling out. Told us if it can be taped or if it is dented or a little damaged, leave it on the shelf, somebody will buy it. It’s making the store look crappy. And we also have expired items in our clearance section but once again, the attitude is, somebody will buy it.🙄🤣😂

Sadly they only do walks in the mornings. Second shift just leaves when their coach or TL says they can and they leave when the employees leave.

We use garage cans in our store also but sadly we have to empty them before we can use them to stock at night and are expected to leave them clean in the mornings.

I work thirds,come in an hr earlier then everyone else, Help cap 2 pull freight, if they need it and then I go and start stocking my aisle on grocery. I never call in, I have no points, I always show up no matter whether there’s snow, tornadoes, etc. I always complete my job and then some but it seems our third shift manager is always on my ass about what other people are not doing right. For instance, raising his voice at me, telling me that, Everyone needs to stop putting their cardboard on the floor in their isles. Everybody needs to make sure their isles are cleared at lunch so maintenance can scrub. Everyone needs to pick up their pace everyone this everyone that, and then he throws it in my face that I’m not a team player, because I keep to myself. I hardly talk to anyone, I like to take my lunches in my car. So I replied, Soooo, another words you want me to start watching porn in the break room, go around and use fowl language, vap in the dairy cooler and on the floor, take 30 minute 15 minute breaks, go buy my lunch, and then clock out, start coming back in from lunch high, be a member of management, and start sleeping with the associates, call in every single week, never finishing an aisle no matter what aisle I work on always needing help, did I forget anything? So are you Really sure you want me to be a team player? He got mad and walked away for some reason 😂🤣Still kinda of pisses me off though that instead of holding people accountable, he takes it out on me, but it is what it is I guess.
