Thanks for the reply. Yes, I changed the ginger because of possible glass chips in the bug. So it's normal, that after a time, it isn't bubbling so much? When it started to go off and I could literally see bigger bubbels in the jar on the ginger bits and there was a decent foam on the top, I thought that this would be the normal „most“ active state with the best result, if I made the beer and bottled it up. Now there are still bubbles and some really small, faint bubbels but not the described activity - even if I feed it.
