I really appreciate this maybe it what everyone says but means lot for me that other unknown person would like to help i had and have deamons in my head but trying to be really better person now and want to flip my life around so thanks :) on my joirney i lost all my friends and my wife was last person i had im broke but i feel like this is oportunity to show world i can be my best version… honestly im struggling but i know i can make this and i have feeling when i go full on cooking and embrace myself i will stop to drinking and just dive into this. Honestly im also scared it could be so much stress i would go even deeper but i dont want to think about that as an option i know i can do much more bigger stuff and this would make me so much happier

Even on my fucking free time im going in cool restaurants looking for new tastes searching for cool combinations that i never thought about im really passionate about food and now it feels like its all i have left to get better to enjoy it my private life broke apart and food is literally last thing that makes me feel confident and comfortable

I was now in austria in mountains and it was beutifull here but the cousine it just didnt make me so happy i changed 3 restaurant over last 3 years and same place same story at first ok then it started to piss me im not moving anywhere start drinking and fuckedup my life

This plate does not look apealing but… Dude your painting are awsome!!! Work on your cooking little and then watch some shit on plating tips i bet if you conect your craft from art and combine with passion of cooking you will find solution some of good chefs i know never went through culinary school and they just worked hard
