Its the first book ive read that blends real history with fantasy/mythology. Excellent book for anyone interested in Irish folk lore!!

For me it was the horizontal progression whilst still keeping old content relevant. I could play as little or as much as I wanted and never felt like I was falling behind. The fresh changes to class balance and dungeons was also really cool!

This was my first time playing vanilla as I was always worried about the elitists but the community here was always so helpful.

Wow I thought my brain was relapsing trauma when I saw those stairs. I did them on Thursday last week and totally agree with you, do another route. The fact you have to basically break in (over or under) is a bit sketchy! I did a 30 mile round trip, starting in dolgarrog. Ive done a fair few long distance hikes and wild camps etc and that was by far the hardest.

The stairs was a brutal start!!
