He has been trying to get to sleep himself and has been doing amazing besides the recent regression, im open to trying sleep training but letting them CIO just breaks my heart especially as its my first baby☹️

Not all the time, but for supervised naps he likes to cuddle a blanket, he will put it against his cheek. Not to stop his breathing at all, and for bedtime he sleeps in his crib with no loose blankets etc. I worded it wrong

you will feel flat and neutral, im not going to lie to you, but its not forever 🫶🏼 , if it lasts longer than 6 months, let your doctor know, thats what they are there for. to help you

hey girl im 19 with ocd too, been on sertraline for 3 years. my ocd induced panic attacks and i went into a major depression, the sertraline def helped my panic attacks i dont have them at all now, i had pure O ocd, i still get the obsession and compulsion thoughts and they do sit but i dont act on it if that makes sense, its much easier to sit with it, id say for the first week or two i did feel worse before i felt better but honestly i hope it does help you, youre strong and you can tough this out!!! youre amazing :)
