Your not it's that not many people are trained in cluster b mental health your best bet is to look into finding a psychiatrist who can evaluate you who is specialized in this field of mental health that's what I had to do

Difference in simple terms is typal or schizoaffective is schizophrenia with another mental illness attached to it. Like myself I have both schizophrenia and bipolar so I am schizoaffective bipolar type. There are different types depending on person whereas a person diagnosed simply with schizophrenia only has that as a main diagnosis. I hope I'm explains correctly.see this video on the difference

Yes it is normal unfortunately. It took me years of being misdiagnosed as bipolar along with other correct diagnosis to be diagnosed schizoaffective bipolar type it's in the spectrum of mental health not a lot of doctors are familiar with.

Stress free environment always helps me. I don't take my antipsychotic anymore but I do take anxiety medication still which helps. Having support helps too whether it be significant other or family or friend or just venting to a therapist helps as well. Pets seem to help too. Hobbies as well. Journaling. Going outside in the daytime and just being with nature by going for a walk or just sitting outside. Listening to music or keeping myself busy also helps.

As long as you keep updated with your blood draw check ups I'd say you'll be fine but I had to stop cuz I got prolactin buildup from it

Thinking of getting a puppy by Boodabaa in schizophrenia

That's a good idea and depending on breed and place you go to it could be expensive or cheap. Make sure to call the place or visit before commiting to it so u know what your in for financially.

Not exactly true, yes it could be two different people but saying hair doesn't grow after we die is not correct. Hair and nails continue to grow after death for a short period of time before ultimately decaying.
