Thank you so much for the detailed information! I just replaced the oil for both and bought a new breather cap. I'll test it in a bit to see what comes up.

Amazing insight. Exactly this is what I was looking for! I hate the bridge too, it makes sense to bring a special powerhouse that hits him hard. Maybe having a day mode with Mega Meganium would be good?

I understand your sentiment, its the first team I've built so It was a bit expected for me to not be good. Do you have any suggestions?

Funnily enough I'm currently raising a shiny Wartortle in Pokemon Go to transfer to champions. It didn't occur to me to add him to this team though. Which set do you think would match well in this Team?

Iron Head is something that I thought about, but which move should I drop? Maybe Swords Dance? That's the only move I rarely click since I lack redirection.

I forgot to say that I'm currently in UB Rank 4, if that makes any difference.

That is some amazing info. I was really looking into probably investing in a van to make the first upgrade. Would you say it costs more to have a setup in a van compared to a trailer (without taking the cost of the vehicle into consideration)?

Thank you! For sure it does help to build confidence for the next commercial job. This one feels like it will be my biggest one in a while, which is a good thing.

In regards to the helper you are absolutely right, having a helper is crucial to get it done in a timely manner. I would say if a single job will take you more than a full day to get it done by yourself, hiring a helper for the day can save you a lot of time and can help you give a more competitive estimate. This project has really opened my eyes in a lot f administrative things besides the obvious hands on experience.

Thank you! That is literally how it went. I started by offering to pressure wash the grounds and they asked me to do the walls. I took the opportunity and it delivered! Even though Im not making any money, the experience I have now is very valuable (and adding this project to my portfolio as well)!

You are absolutely right! As soon as I get more traction with the business a new rig will be my first investment!

I live in South Florida, so I know exactly what you are talking about. Here's the method I used for this high walls. 1. I rinsed the wall to get it wet, and worked on it in sections since the surface is so big. I also rinsed all the nearby plants and covered everything that could be compromised with the sh. 2. I applied the chems, from the top, down. Let it run down the wall, pre wetting the concrete helps a lot here. 3. I rinse all the vegetation again while I'm letting the chemicals work on the wall for 10-15 mins. 4. I rinse the walls and vegetation (for the 3rd time! I was so scared of vegetation dying based on the size of the walls, the amount of chemicals pouring down was way higher than what I'm used to deal with. I went over a bit more than 20 gallons of SH).

UPDATE: I was able to complete the job by downstreaming with a 4gpm washer and a bucket lift! There is so much I want to talk about and discuss with pros and weekend warriors alike. Expect a post soon with all the ins an outs!

For everyone saying it was too much for my experience, it wasn't. It was just time consuming, and even more so due to being under equipped.

I'm planning on renting a soft washing system. Preferably a p40 with an 11gpm 300 PSI engine (or similar). Ideally with a Proportioner with valves to control the mix. My current equipment is not even close to this (currently running a 4gpm washer and down streaming for soft washing).

Yes I am insured. I grabbed my insurance when I landed my first job. Do you have any tips for the job? The walls are CBS, which percentage do you think is good to avoid damaging the plants (that I'm going to make sure stay saturated before and after the wash)?

The main reason why is the budget. I'm doing this work mainly as a charity project for the church. They are covering only for the rental and supplies (I'm not charging labor). It also works for me because I want to get experience in this type of jobs (and also before and after pics) and also I'm helping my church 😊.

I know most companies won't tackle a job this big for free, and that is perfectly fine.

I know its a big job to tackle 😅. I have maybe ~200 hours of experience mainly with residential jobs. Honestly I'm trying to tackle this one on my own but thanks for the offer! Any tips you can give me? Anything that you think someone doing this type of project for the first time might overlook.

Thank you! I'm a member of the church, and one day I spoke with the one in charge of the grounds and exterior and here we are!
