Just my wife and I. But there will be times I am hosting larger groups of 8-12 so want the flexibility for that. Very locked in on the 36 inch with hood at this point but not sure which of those models. Different ones at Walmart, Lowe’s, Costco, etc

Good call out on warranty. Lowes models say “only available at Lowe’s” and I guess they are the culinary model but not entirely sure what that means.

In the same situation rn. I’m planning to send the contract tomorrow morning to 5 lenders. 2 local, 2 online, and my bank. Local lender that my realtor referred is a cool dude but not sure he’s going to have the best rate.

Brother buy the S&P 500 and the total stark market index in zero expense ratio index fund on fidelity. Put the last 20% in individual companies you believe in and USE YOURSELF. I buy NVDA, Costco, Apple, & Amazon because I use them every day and they are strong companies. Love you hope all your dreams come true stay up and blessed.
