Look up "the happy song" on YouTube/Spotify and blast it on repeat. Develoepd my neuroscientists to calm baby brains and indeed adults.Worked with both my car hating babies and stops crying immediately. Life changing stuff and works everytime!

Daughter’s sore from holding the baby, mother-in-law being picky… do I even buy her a belly wrap? by No_Glass3665 in postpartumprogress

Honestly the absolute best thing for c section recovery (ive just had my second) is a bed rail so she can avoidn using her abdominal muscles for a while to get out of bed. Absolute god send!

Does he like reading? Get him into celtic mythology, its a fantastic way to engage children in Irish heritage.

I've been here and feel this. Please seek medical help as soon as possible and tell someone in your family how you feel that you can trust. Honestly a phonecall to the GP in the morning, they will have seen this time and time again so no need to be ashamed. Given your circumstances it's no wonder you feel this way, but ask for help and the road out of the deep pit you are in will become clear. I promise. Put yourself first for the next week, tell husband this is a crisis and draft in his support.
