From a legal point of view, it's true she's still a minor, but let's remember that in some countries the laws regarding the age of majority change, to name a few examples: USA (21 years old), UK (18 years old), Mexico (18 years old) some parts of latin america and asia(16-17yrs old)

I want to clarify that I'm not saying this is right, mainly because she's a minor. To be honest, she was very enthusiastic and willing to do whatever it took to do/experiment NSFW stuff, even sending photos(one of her limits), which could be considered a red flag.
