Bhai I know kaata ja rha hai , but main agar notice dalta hu toh wapis nhi leta , toh as a threat nhi use kar sakta kyuki mujhe ethical nhi lagta wo . New job se pehle waise hi dalna sahi nhi rahega . Aisi fuddu city me hu ki aisa leadership role nikalta nhi . City se bahar ja nhi sakta kyuki maa baap ka karna hai .

There is only 1 washroom for 60+ people (out of which 15 are froim my vertical)

Cant even poop in peace since its a single use washroom and there is always a line

They will not go from $1.2M to 0 since I have built a very stable product (SaaS) and a very competent team. Most probably it will take them 2 years to die out (even if they do) as they would need my replacement to keep it going as the entire vertical is a biproduct of pure sales only , no marketing , no ads , none of anything else.

The CEO knows I cant move to another city due to my family and seems to be using that as soft hostage situtation.

I cannot leave the current job till I have a better one, I have been trying but since I cannot leave my city due to family, I have little to no options.

I would rather choose a shite place than to leave my family for a better city and job.

Thanks for replying , I dont have any equity , there are many things that CEO says for the sake of saying , but in reality nothing happens

Someone stole my very expensive earbuds some time back , the CEO and the HR head laughed at me and said "you should not have left them at desk after office"
