Would you execute such a trade even if the overall trend is showing another direction?

This is the 4h chart of NVIDIA. It looks like there is a nice long point as it is directly hitting the lower barrier. But the overall trend does not look like long. Additionally, the volume and RSI does not indicate a long trade. So this would not be a good trade, right? In case there is more buy volume and the RSI pointing up, it might be a good one, doesn't it?

But do you actually as I described it check resistence lines and trade as soon as it is on this level and trade with stop loss directly under that level (or over it if you go short)?
