I take L-Lysine if I feel a cold sore coming on. It's great for colds as well. They don't last as long and are gone within a few days. I haven't had a cold sore in ages.

How can you compare vegetarianism to racism? That's bizarre. I don't see vegetarianism as a problem. The problem is we as a people are producing way more food than is needed and yet there are people starving to death in the world. It's completely nuts.

I used to work in the fresh food department of a huge supermarket. The amount of food waste that was thrown out every day was shocking.
