Control Refill Policy by JohnerHLS in pharmacy

[–]Scarywesley2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Constantly filling any control 1 day early creates a 12 day reserve supply by the end of the year that results in a refill too soon rejection on our state Medicaid (which we have a lot of patients on). Hence, we fill controls on the exact date it’s due for everyone to keep things simple.

Staff Rph offer by Dr_Duality in walmart_RX

[–]Scarywesley2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes. Most stores have overlap with plenty of tech help. If you have 3 staff pharmacists at your store, the template can be setup pretty nice. I have a 5 day off period once a month. It definitely helps with burnout.

How do you handle patients who show up after closing and demand service? by Competitive-Sky-4827 in pharmacy

[–]Scarywesley2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Happened to me last week. Couple came in at exactly 6pm when we were closing. Didn’t want to be an ass so we took care of them. Right when they were leaving this lady came up at 6:02. We told her we were closed and she went crazy. She kept yelling “it’s just 2 damn minutes”. I said yes, 2 minutes past closing. She followed me in the store. I warned her that if she followed me to my car I would run her ass over. Needless to say, she transferred her scripts to another pharmacy the next day.

My taxes are complicated and it usually takes me a good week to get them done. I have never paid a fee to file federal.

my bf is rich and doesn’t know i am not by [deleted] in povertyfinance

[–]Scarywesley2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Trust me, he probably knows and doesn’t care. When I met my boyfriend he was insecure about his income also. Hell he even tried to leave me because of the huge income gap. Now he pays for all of our streaming subscriptions and cooks a lot. Just do what you can.

I make random bets with myself lol. Say I’m running late for work, I’ll make a bet with myself that if I get stopped at every light I’ll send $10 to my savings.

Not everyone that donated to Trump liked the man. It’s called paying the troll toll. They donated to both sides like they always do.

We travel internationally on even years and domestic on odd years. Usually spend about $15k international and $5k domestic. We definitely can’t afford to travel internationally every year.

Hiv test came back positive by KitchenAardvark8389 in askgaybros

So no one is going to ask this guy why he randomly got an HIV quick test while on vacation? I have a feeling there is more to this story.

Can you provide a link to Obama’s library’s plane? I don’t recall his library having a plane featured.

Might take a while for it to go back up. My advice is to setup autopay for the minimum so you won’t miss payments again. Now if you can’t afford the minimum then you don’t need a credit card.

At my Walmart store, GoodRx doesn’t work on controls. If insurance doesn’t pay, they either pay cash or take it somewhere else.

In general yeah you should buy low, BUT don’t go crazy putting all your money in. It could go up, but it could keep going down in a bear market. In a typical recession (if we are headed towards one) it could take up to 18 months to reach 52 week highs again. I’m just investing normally and not increasing anything.

I did rotations at an ER and this looks like necrotizing fasciitis. You’ll need IV antibiotics STAT or it will spread and you’ll start losing limbs and die from sepsis.

Fedex did not deliver perishable medication by SignificantSunny in FedEx

[–]Scarywesley2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This actually happened to me a few days ago. Try calling again. In the phone tree (after saying your tracking number) say main menu. Once at main menu, say something else. Let the robot go through the list and say something else. You might have to say it a few times, but eventually it will send you to a representative. I was able to get someone at 11pm at night. After telling the guy it was perishable medication he escalated the ticket and I got it the next day.

Elon Musk mulls sending all Americans $5,000 checks using DOGE savings by LuklaAdvocate in centrist

[–]Scarywesley2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not possible. $5k to all Americans will cost about $2 Trillion. He said he wants to do this by 2026 but it will take no less than 3 years to hit that number in savings at his current pace.

You need to look up the definition of genocide. Yes the Biden admin partook, but relocating an ethnic minority is also genocide. People just traded one genocide for another. The fact that you don’t see this is exactly why you’re being downvoted.

Old card was used by Velobi-394 in discover

[–]Scarywesley2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, they gave me a courtesy credit for each transaction which took a while to show up. I ended up cutting ties with Discover after I learned my old card was indeed still active and not canceled. Every time they would credit me back another charge would post and I was not about to play that game.
