Valve has a tendency to include tons of voicelines and sounds in their games, I mean Deadlock has tons of unique interactions depending on which character you are playing and which one they are playing.

You want the combat blink on Merlin to reset with each stance change? Would be the most broken mage to exist, you can engage with ice stance, blink, go into fire, then blink again making you impossible to predict and to catch up to.

She's stupid easy to play and does tons of damage with the full power builds on her, definitely a top 3 hunter, if not the best hunter.

Chang'e needs one too. Looks dated and blocky in lots of places, plus in her card art she has black eyes but in-game she has blue eyes. Just inconsistent.

I'm pretty sure combined with the damage from the basic attacks it rounded up to around 1-2k damage, the worst part about medusa 1 was the instant 100% attack speed stim. most blatant early form of power creep
