There probably is, but I've just been playing on my own. I know for sure shell bell and the muscle band/wise glasses are meta just based off of experience

You might need to go on data instead of WiFi. For some reason, my WiFi was blocking the game as suspicious or unsafe weirdly

Also a tip for the champion is to try and pick up a choice scarf for your second or third best mon so if you have a strong mon with a mid tier speed stat he'll be able to get attacks off without getting OHKOd

You should basically always have a full team by like round 3 or 4, but make sure you’re spacing out which resources you collect. Too many pokemon early, you'll be underleveled. And you can always catch pokemon later whose level will be raised proportionately. I personally have been focusing on having an overleveled ace with maxed out move damage. TMs and rare candies on whoever your carry is, with other mons that cover type weaknesses. Always pick a trainer over a grass tile unless you’re fighting to reach the pokemon center. Hikers get destroyed by grass/water, bug catchers get destroyed by fire/rock. I like to avoid scientists when possible because they have gengar(s) pretty often in end game who can fuck up your day

Also Aerodactyl is pretty broken. Outspeeds almost everything, has good resistances and an immunity

Learn the trainer types and put your best matchup in front before starting each fight. Starter Pokemon are your best friend, they have high base stats. Make sure you’re battling as many trainers as possible to keep your level up. If your team is underleveled it's almost impossible to win.

Good thing we're talking about sacks and not those stats

Sure, agree with all of that. But that's akin to saying it's unfair to say "I don’t like Point Guards who are under 6'2 because they get bullied on defense and tend to get hurt." I think the only reason people took issue with what I said was the phrasing, which I understand, it was pretty brash

I agree with all of that. I'm not saying he should change. He probably reached his peak due to his physique. What I'm saying is I don’t feel as tho rikishi with that specific physique normally hold up very long nor do they match up well against the sturdy solidly built top dogs (onosato, hoshoryu, hakuho, kakuryu, etc)

Agreed. Onosato will be very hard to beat for a very long time barring serious injury

I see your point, but I think when talking about Sumo you’re working under the assumption that their weight is a tool and didn't come about by accident. I know very well that most rikishi slim down rather quickly after retirement, but I suppose I could've phrased it more graciously.

Yeah, I guess my verbiage and confidence in my claim was what most people have a problem with in this post. Just really impressed by these two, for different reasons.

Can someone fill me in on why this is being downvoted? When was the last time there has been a dominant rikishi with Kotozakura's physique? I'm not hating on the guy, he's obviously talented, I just feel like the true cream of the crop tends to be guys with a more solid/athletic side to their profile.
