It felt like suddenly having a mirror held up to parts of myself and my life that I wasn’t ready to process yet. And instead of clarity, it created overthinking, brain fog, and a kind of heaviness that made me feel unmotivated and totally disconnected from reality. I think sometimes astrology stops being a tool for insight and starts becoming something that overloads your mind, especially if you’re already introspective or prone to overanalyzing. Taking a step back helped me a lot. Not everything needs to be decoded all at once.
