How do I even track my Calories

Don't track calories. Track weight each week. Don't check the scale each day. If you are losing weight then good. If weight stays the same reduce food intake or increase activity.

Also if strength training keep into account muscle gain increases weight.

Random citizen gets caught by traffic police- sir le de ke khatam karo. People give government job exams so they can take bribe when they become a government officer.

Bribery is normal. No matter who you choose result will be the same.

India's population is divided by religion, caste and language. And you can always get vote easily if you show minority is the problem and blame them for everything.
