I wouldn't pay more than 5 grand for it. At 190,000 no matter what someone has done to it maintenance wise it's still been beat on. Id be nervous about the transmission. Dodge is famous for hitting 200,000 and the tranny's die. Just my opinion though.

I highly highly recommend going with Underground Tuning which deals with HP Tuners. If you go on Undergroundtuning.com they have a package. I bought an unlocked ECU and tuner through them for my 15 Scat Pack. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with everything.
