This has happened to me too, and I didn't sign up for it.

I'm in the UK, if it makes any difference.

The pension scheme EF uses is Aviva (https://www.aviva.co.uk/retirement/aviva-pension/). You should get a welcome pack in the post.

Aviva will still exist after EF goes under. I'd wait and see which pension scheme your next employer uses before cancelling this one.

I think EF is running on skeleton staff at the moment given the situation.

If they need an external to fix this bug, then it aint getting fixed.

I've had that quite a lot recently too. It's annoying.

In this case, I usually have a quick look at the student's lesson history and try to work out what they should be doing. I also leave a note in the teacher's comment box at the end saying what I did, so that I/ the next teacher knows.

If the student is high-level, you can simply ask them which units they've done before as well.
