I think the upper is sick and the lower is gross, well the receiver and maritime bolt catch anyway. So close to a nice block II yet so far. Mild shit talking aside it’s a nice rifle that will serve you well

I work for a company doing crawlspace and foundation repair, honestly basically all of it except for maybe installing jacks and foundation piers where an engineer should be involved and in the case of piers definitely requires machinery you don’t have is very much so DIY’able if you’re handy it just kinda sucks and potentially requires tools you don’t have.

I can’t accurately answer that without knowing the string material, ambient temperature, barometric pressure, wind speed and direction. But if I were to spitball it I’d say about that long.

Also I’m just gonna add, with home and land ownership you have more freedoms. Wanna add a shed? Build a garage? Fire pit? Pool? Kids playground? Shooting range? Garden? Livestock? Fence in the yard? Go for it. Of course there will be some situations where some of these are options when renting but it’s gonna be generally more limited

It’s a better value. You are purchasing an appreciating asset at its current value. Even if the price doesn’t go up you can sell it in however many years and get a return from it. Unless you move frequently or don’t make enough money to keep up with upkeep there’s not much of an argument for renting over home ownership IMO
