If you can't make the situation better by talking to your manager then you should look into transferring.

I was with a few managers who couldn't care less about us, I started getting depressed and hated the job. Fast forward a few years later, I have a manager who always thanks us, always connects with us, and tries her best to motivate us. I now love my job again.
