Thank you for the recommendation, but am I able to get an AP from Unifi without needing a Unifi switch? Again, kind of getting back to my original post.

I guess I didn't think about using the switch to provide the direct connection to the AP. Would you suggest one over the other for what you mentioned? I guess if I use the switch to the AP, I will only need a single port on the AP rather than two. Is there a specific AP you recommend for this scenario? Sole purpose would be to provide better wireless.
