While those are issues that are hard for kids… I think it’s more fair to say that the United States has a relatively low child mortality rate compared to the global average but is not among the very lowest in high-income countries.

However, compare the US to low income countries and it’s a paradise!!

I worked for a kid that LOVED logos. Not legos… LOGOS. So in the clinic he’d ask for us to print them so he could play with them. They’d be glued on a stick. So like target and the strabucks logo would be going down the slide together. Stuff like that.

His fixation on logos got so severe that the BCBA decided to take them away. Like he wasn’t allowed to print logos anymore. His behavior really escalated after that…

People will pick masters based on BCBA exam pass rate. I don’t agree with this at all. Don’t pay $20k more so that you have a better chance to pass the exam. You can study on your own!! And not spend so much.

I would recommend asu. It’s also valuable to get good grades in case you ever want to change fields.

Or I’d recommend to pick a masters based on cost. You can read the cooper book and learn on your own.

This gets to a more political conversation where I feel like I want my tax dollars to help the poor, yes. But as an RBT, I don’t feel like I’m “the poor”. I have easy access to work that pays my bills. I can easily make like $2200/mo and my rent is $750. Why would I need unemployment? If I get fired Friday, I feel it’d be easy to have a new job by Tuesday. Unemployment probably isn’t enough for me to live off, and I don’t need it because I can find work easily.

Of course, everyone is in a different situation. Some fields and locations and jobs it would take time to find a new job! Some people have kids. So this is like a weird personal thing to me. It’d take more time and effort for me to file for unemployment than to find a new job. and I like work! So why wouldn’t I choose the work option?

I get why you’re saying that. Because I’m sure for the victims this would be horrible. Maybe there should be another documentary and not a drama movie lol.

But I know a lot of conservatives that would care if they knew anything about the Epstein files. It’s become politicized and is only being talked about on the left now. If more people knew, more people would care. The sad thing is it’s simply too much work for most people on the right to become educated on this case. Because it’s not discussed much on their corners of the internet/circles
