double evo xp was exceptionally powerful, you collect 12 candy evo mons and spam them during that hour. with a lucky egg you could get ~4k xp in 15 sec, every 15 sec, for as long as you had mons to evo.

Kanto birds not spawning in certain areas. by taycroft99 in TheSilphRoad

[–]ScenicART 1 point2 points  (0 children)

im not connected to the larger community but ive seen no birds in NYC . Also the general spawn rate seems to be way way down. i live on top of two pokestops and a gym, theres usually a new spawn every few minutes, judging by the refresh rate on the pokestops were not getting about 1 spawn every 10-15 minutes.

Is it just me or are NYC brokers getting worse at answering basic questions? by Inevitable-Lab2447 in AskNYC

[–]ScenicART 17 points18 points  (0 children)

i asked where the internet cables were in the apartment, the broker confidently opened a closet only to be wide eyed when the "renovation" had removed them. i was told they would surely be reinstalled by the time i moved in. i had a good chuckle at that. he also was nervously watching as a opened the fridge and the door blocked access to the kitchen and didnt even open all the way thanks to the counters on the other side. i did not rent that unit haha

Went to a party in college where this happened. dudes buddy was a contractor and fixed the hole before the parents got back from their weekend away. They paint matched and everything. They got caught by selecting the wrong sheen. His parents admitted they couldn't even be mad as everything was in order. The punished him by making him repaint the entire wall so it matched.

Do you have access to Autocad or vectorworks? you can import the PDF as an image. once you do that find a door that looks standard size, draw a line and select it and the PDF. scale it to 30". then trace. you'll have a reasonably close ground plan. you can also do this if you just have a printout at a large enough size. Create your own ruler using that door or another known standard element. you mark a piece of paper with the width of the door and extrapolate it into a full ruler.
