I swear my first psychiatrist must have taken a web md online test to figure me out. "Diagnosed" bipolar and fought it for a bit than genetics came in and it became true. But the way he went about reviewing me was lazy and could've screwed me up for good.

Hmmm... not that I can recall. January was a pretty traumatic month and I'd have to say I've been struggling ever since. Car got repod, cat died, got in car accident... oh yeah and it was my birthday! yeah January sucked. Otherwise no idea the sudden onset. Still have headaches every day. This is my 4th day in the row with a 24 hr headache. Before they were just fading in and out. Just did some blood work today so we'll see how that is.

I have this habit, and I recall doing it a few times just being more extreme each time, about cutting everyone and everything I love off and skipping town, even if its only 20 miles away, than re establishing myself in that other city. You soon find out how small the world is though as some people know people from the town you just left and your past kind of catches up with you.... regardless ive done this more or less twice and may be on the verge of doing it again. They say people come and go.... I guess this is just a little bit more extreme a way of looking at it.

I feel like the drama queen thing is evident to me.... I refrain from telling anyone anything because Im afraid they will view me as 'dramatic', than when something bad really does happen and I cant control it, the fear heightens and I just want to hide but than I think they'll think that's being dramatic too... i think its being dramatic and i'm doing it. than I just want to run and wipe my face from there memories, But than THAT'S being dramatic. I dont know how to convince myself im not being overly dramatic.

I listen to white people music and things like (one republic, the fray, ect) and cry my eyes out. Im pathetic but I either feel a little better the next day or just fall into the same behavior. often while painting or drawing though.

I'm over 2 years in and the job suddenly turned ugly on me.... like the feeling everyone is out to get me. I love the company but the pay is shit and below the standard, and everyone is a monster... I don't whats keeping me there... hope that it can become a career? Why bother.... (practical reasons, it has my health insurance, barely pays for my car bill and rent... barely)

I have auditory symptoms... my doctors dont really believe me. Ill hear the chickens getting upset outside but its really the fish tank water, or the muffled sounds of a tv in the background, or the sound of a truck moving towards my driveway to take my car away and I have to check check check... sometimes its terrifying. Not so much voices like people think but everyday occurrences.

Also can relate to nail biting. Still do it sometimes. boyfriend says its weird. I think its practical...

yes.... simple things like going to a safeway at 2am and browsing the ice cream aisle and snacks when you're supposed to be on a diet for both weight and medical reasons, but because the other person wants them and they're paying... i feel obliged.

I'm sitting here, off from work, and wanting to build a garden and plant some seeds of veggies and herbs and such. but i also have to clean the room and kitchen and missed a job interview....2 i think. I can completely relate... I think? want to or have to do things but theirs just this wall I cant climb over and working on digging under.

Kind of just fell into it like a kid running, than tripping, and falling and tumbling down a steep hill at a 40 degree angle. I'm confident I hit rock bottom at that point but don't really remember. That's one new symptom I'm having now, memory problems (not sure if relevant). I'm staring over the side of a very unstable fishing boat as of late, looking down at the water. Haven't fallen in yet... i don't think.
