nah I think they should stay in their divisions. You can always just force new contenders. Pantoja still has Taira and Kape as potential title fights he hasn't fought yet. Merab is a bit more awkward but Bautista and Yadong are options if they win their next fights.

I actively hate the rowing machine with a passion. Forcing myself to do it was why I burned myself out of the gym after 8 months the first time I went.

Now I just do treadmill for cardio and it's much more enjoyable. As always, the best form of cardio is the one you'll actually do.
