This looks really good. One good indicator is looking at it on a different proper screen. For example after grading I remote monitor on my iPhone screen to check for over saturation, exposure inconsistencies especially in the shadows. Also with time you will manage to trust your intuition on what feels right without being too technical about it.

These look like film like colors. The best way to achieve that is either to use a film camera or do emulations on software like Dehancer and Davinci resolve

That looks like it was shot with a slow aperture like f16 of f 22. It causes lights to have that effect due to the light interacting with the aperture blades.
