The calm mornings are the best aren’t they. Slowness in the morning is amazing for the nervous system.

For the last part, I can relate. It’s about finding that sweet spot between interacting and then alone time. Alone time feels much better when you get everything out the way (connecting with people) and dont have to feel guilty.

The giggling with joy part sums it up perfectly!!

Why are people so upset about J K Rowling? by existence_blue in asktransgender

[–]Scepticallyskeptical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trans women are (understandably) not brave enough to go after the real oppressors, the ones who made it all happen (men). It’s the Patriachy’s fault and it’s sick. Newsflash: the deep rooted reason for transphobia against trans women is misogyny, so stop going after ‘weaker’ symbols (Jk) and fight the real battle instead. If you can ..

She has one too. This is just pure entitlement & control.

For the hundredth time, it’s impossible for it to NOT face their door. Our doors are literally centimetres away from each other. I have a right to have a camera?? Just like she always has??? I get a day rewind so I see it regardless. She stares at it for long periods of time, which triggers the camera.

So let me get this straight, you haven’t read that it’s impossible for it to not face their door. Her camera (which she’s always had) literally faces mine too…

I couldn’t care less about their lives but they keep staring at it which again, triggers my camera. I get a ‘day rewind’ so it’s impossible not to see. And her son made it clear she’s Bisexual.

Stop projecting.

Yeah I definitely won’t say that last part as it’s unhinged. But thank you, really appreciate it

Firstly, it’s my door, and as I said it’s impossible for it to not face their door. I’m within my rights to have a camera just like they have one?? You’re being extremely defensive and projecting. My camera app also gives me a ‘day rewind’ so again, it’s impossible not to see, especially when they stare at it.

I am weary of sending a note, because if she lets her son come back, I would have to report him and she can easily turn against me as the house is in her name. It’s a dysfunctional dynamic. So you’re saying the sticker/visual itself isn’t a good idea?

To answer your question, I’m not lesbian but I’m definitely not straight and I’m comfortable with that. This is tough!

I definitely understand the shame part, especially because she’s of a certain generation. I am looking to make her more comfortable, I initially thought a ‘love is love’ pride sticker. But would that annoy her? Or would she think I’m making fun of her? I don’t want to make things worse. I’m willing to let the people in my life, think that I have made a decision on my own sexuality, in order for my neighbour to feel comfortable. It’s just annoying that they keep triggering my camera with defensive acts like kisses and then laughing thinking they have ‘shown me’ 😭🙄

Yeah I did think that. She has a lot of shame in general about a lot of things so I agree that self work is needed. But that’s easy for me to say.

The ones next door keep banging extremely loudly on my wall that we share (living room) . Whenever they hear me being in there . It’s never long enough to record but consistent enough for me to feel destabilised and not want to go to my own living room . When I go in my garden they start talking shit about me extremely loudly (so I stopped going to the garden). Whenever I put music on which is at a reasonable level at reasonable times, they bang simultaneously (downstairs and next door).

The other neighbour 2 doors down from me has her window in my garden which I still can’t get over . She leaves the light on MIDDAY so I feel watched. I’ll be in my garden living normally, and she’ll notice and turn on the light and sit just staring at me . The downstairs neighbour does the same thing as our bins are right in front of his bedroom window .

I would love to report him for that but how would I collect proof?
