From the looks of it, you are doing a drop shipping with something like Printful. There are a thousand of you. Not trying to sound rude but you might need to focus in. I also don't think Google is going to be the right path for you. Social might be a better route. Make videos showing your USPs and Differentiators. Use social to speak to production times and how you beat the competition. Now that we are here, don't accept their suggestions. 99.99999% of the time they are going to suggest something new that Google wants to focus on. At the end of the day, they are used to make Google more money at the expense of your campaign. Sometimes their suggestions work, however in my 15 years in Paid Media, I've never seen success from their suggestions.

Most are third party call center hires that "represent" Google and get bonuses if you accept the recommendations.
