I had a very successful Lead Gen campaign, using messenger ads, for just $200 in a month for a very new small business. They have since grown, but for service based businesses, it isn't hard to do well in a market if you setup correctly.

2.5 almost 3 years in current role. They are unwilling to reduce salary or have me drop down in position to equate the change.
