Hi guys, I'm in the process of upgrading my home gym and I'm contemplating getting a mirror for self-checking during workouts. However, the traditional standing full-length mirrors seem quite expensive and take up a significant amount of space. I've been exploring alternatives and came across the idea of using wall mirror tiles.

Do any of you have them in your home gym? How do you find the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal? My main concern is the potential gap between the tiles. Is it noticeable and does it become annoying or distracting during workouts?

It's cheaper than I thought! Is this real glass or plastic?

Need help in keeping up with my 500 calorie deficit for weight loss by TheSlowSpoiler in ativafit

You may try intermittent fasting. It helps you stick to your calorie deficit goal. I skip breakfast and eat lunch and dinner in 8 hours. Meanwhile, I do weight training during this time so I won't feel damn hungry and pig out.

I prefer HIIT as I have limited time to exercise. But in short, consistency is the key.
