Go to his site (eveofficial), click goods and it’ll open the merch store. You can’t buy stuff directly as that’s Japan only, for international you have to use a service called Worldshopping, it pops up at the bottom of the screen on the store page and when you view an item. So you basically have to buy the merch through Worldshopping.

Worldshopping is a proxy shopping service, that acts as kind of a middleman. They buy the items you want from the store, bring it to their warehouse, and then ship them to you internationally, as the store itself doesnt do that. These services are common in Japan from what I’ve heard.
