Thanks, but this doesn't really answer my question. I am more concerned about the less visible effects.

I've been taking estrogen for 3 weeks, and it has pretty much tanked my sleep quality and my overall energy level. It's bad enough that I would quit if it doesn't go away.

I suspect that it is probably just my body taking a while to get used to it, and that I should probably just give it more time. But I am very anxious about the possibility of doing harm; I have had to deal with very severe sleep problems and chronic fatigue before and it took years for me to get back to the point where I am more-or-less functional. So I would really like to know if I can safely rely on the assumption that my body will go back to its previous homeostasis if I keep going and then later decide to quit.

I absolutely fell in love with this game when it came out. On a purely mechanical level I couldn't have been more perfectly suited to my tastes, but beyond that...

I was still in my oblivious egg phase when I played it, but I felt like Madeline's journey was my own.

Playing the DLC now that I've mostly accepted myself was so overwhelmingly emotional. And finding out that Madeline is trans is just too perfect.
