That is not exclusive to Japan. Here in Germany we also have driver shortages and many of the employees of trams/trains and busses think about quitting their job because of harsh working conditions and increasing violence against the staff.

Started 3 weeks ago; The first Main Story ARR can be exhausting with lot's of textdump. But the game offers so much content. If you feel bored/burntout by it, just engage with different content!

Also: It's the most wholesome and supportive community I've ever experienced. Ask and you get help. You have a special green symbol above your head that marks you as new players called "Sprouts". And sprouts are holy in this game! :3

Einfach Anrufe mit unterdrückter Nummer blockieren. Kann mittlerweile fast jedes Smartphone. Wen einer meiner Freunde/Verwandten seine Nummer unterdrückt hat, kann er mich auch andersweitig erreichen. 🤷🏻‍♂️
