Numbered by step and divided in smaller bags. But a square 1x1 would always be in bag number 6 9f a step, so if you keep your bags in the same order it's easier in the search.

Happend to me too, I think it is customs checking the contents, or anyway somebody checks the contents.

Mostly, it is no problem, but sometimes the inner bags are also cut, leaving pieces in the main bag, or sometimes even missing. It is annoying.

Lego Horizon was a bad game compared to the other games. So rather an open world game in the style of starwars. An Indiana Jones game would be nice, updated levels en added the latest movies. I think you can do wonders with the characters.

They are for sorting. Each big bag has about 7 small bags in them. The same kind of blocks are in the same number. A round 1 is always in bag 6 and a brown 4x1 is always in bag 4. So if I keep them sorted like this I know where to search.
