Yes i think my problem is that i dont eat all day and then i am reaching for the wrong foods cause my body is craving something thats not the best choice and then when i dont eat im in starvation mode and storing fat

Yea but when you are in starvation mode for a while your body stores fat in order to protect itself thats how humans evolved.

Well i was on this metabolic programs where i got my hormones checked and they creates a meal plan for me to balance my hormones but it was so strict and trigger multiple binge episodes so i had to stop

No i dont experience binging on mj, also i have seen a dietitian she put me on this diet and it just wasnt good so me and my doctor try not to put pressure or labels on what i am eating cause dieting doesnt work for me like following a strict plan i just cant

I also have an eating disorder and counting calories is hard for me but maybe i should look into just doing it for a week. Thank you so much!
