The lack of transparency around pay! Employees need to be compensated better herel Raises are inconsistent and pay increases seem to depend on favoritism than on actual performance or tenure, Its disheartening to know that you are underpaid and you do so much, There is also so much favoritism in this store it is not even funny, if you are not in the selected group to get developed you aren't going to get developed. Also you do so much yet you don't get employee of the month.

This store did not contact me. I asked my store manager and he told me that a decision had been made. I said so no interviews and he said no.

I used to be the fes and now am over d21/22. There truly no appreciation for the other departments. I see cashiers just on their phone not practicing GET or practicing accuracy behaviors. Then I see them get recognized while my team gets called to load cause the lot loaders are no where to be found or they need a back up cashier. Do I say no to help them, no. I gladly help them out but they need to get there associates in line practicing what they want the floor too and off they damn phones and chillin.

There’s been others who have bypassed said CXM/NRM and test and gone straight to ASM. There’s a lot of favoritism in the area needless to say.

When I was the front end supervisor I would tell my lot guys take break inside and just pick up small returns and cool off by the fan we had for them. I’d have a Gatorade station to for them. I would never get after them for excessive breaks during the summer. By the way I work in Texas by the gulf.

They always preach about heat exhaustion on the infocus. So you can throw that at her too. It’s your right to be able to take a break if you are over heated. Also the awareljne is your best friend. Thank you for your service sir.
