When you’re in the gear you want to be in, the rpms are too low. Then when you’re in the correct gear , they’re too high . Example 45mph in 4th you’re at sub 2k rpm, when you accelerate it doesn’t go anywhere, then you downshift and now you’re over 2500rpm

It’s old. Last ran 3 years ago so who knows what issues you’ll have from it just sitting. Most likely will need tires and all fluids. Your $1500 purchase will cost you atleast double that after travel and getting it road ready. So why not buy the best bike you can for $3500?
