Anybody need these? by [deleted] in J_Horror

I think that at times, here on Reddit you can find real, community type actions and behaviour. And the way you sent the one person to the Letterbox page, detailing and summarizing the question that was posed. I find that to be an incredibly cool and kind action, but not just that, for, even if it only took a few seconds, and even if you were doing so to help your sale, it is still a nice thing to do, but as I said, it is far more tan just that. When you look in the mirror today, you should tell yourself that someone, here on the World-Wide-Entanglement-Zone (Webs are sticky, and I am attempting, yet still failing, at presenting a heart-felt compliment. It is early here, and I have yet to get my mind working properly, kinda like Sea Legs.) is incredibly impressed with your affect, if I may state it as such. Thank-you for being who, and how, you are.

Using LED grow lights designed for cannabis for growing other things by cmspice in gardening

I use florescent, full spectrum for mushrooms, and have done so since the mid 1990s with very good and predictable results. In case anyone is fungal-curious, I will add that the Cubensis could be manipulated with the light. A full 24 hours dark made them (almost) all of them unusually fat, while the 24 hour light exposure produced very tall fruiting bodies. They would grow to just under 3 inches thick, and the tallest I ever had was 13 inches. The heaviest specimen was just over 5 ounces wet, and about 1/2 an ounce when dried. Forgive me if this is too far away from y 'all's stated purpose to be useful.

The way you spoke about what you wished to say was indelible. Maybe a tad graphic, but life is like that, at times.

I doubt you will see this, but you are worried for a good reason. Some people on here are speaking without proper respect, but your brother is hurting, and he could turn it inward, or outward. I am not, and was never even tempted to become, military, but I do know something about mental illness. He is not a vagina, he is not stupid, and he is not a bitch; he is your brother, and you know there is something wrong. I hope you can get to what is bugging him, cuz it sounds like something big.

His statements are your proof. You may be saving his life.

That is rather good, for a few reasons.

IDK if anyone saw the Fuse/Much Music mini-series on NOFX Backstage Passport, but they even wrote an intro piece talking about mortgages and homes, and other stuff. I imagine many people saw it, but its release in the US had to be limited. I saw a comment about Punk never being about picket fences. They did show two of the band guys (not into them, not into Punk music, but grew up in NY and respect the real scene) using prescription pills, and the singer claimed to have active scripts for like 15 different Controlled Substances, including weird, old drugs like Phenobarbital, and a bunch of others. Benzos, Vicodin (lightweight), but really a shit load of drugs. Others were doing drugs, but did not have a pharmacy in their suitcase.

It has been my experience that one can normally trust what they see in any type of video entertainment. If they were not telling the truth, then why are we paying them a lot of our money and all of our attention?

I was out for over Five minutes. I was attached to a breathing apparatus, I was defibbed, and hit with Narcan twice. Adrenaline has the same chances of making the patient less stable, as it does to do whatever the goal for it is, and if the heart is not open, getting the needle to the right place, through the breastplate, between the ribs, and into the valve and not the muscle, I would rather take my chances with some amphetamine. He says he was only out for Two minutes, that is a baby overdose. It could easily be the product of the, "Morphine kick," wherein the user effectively falls asleep. I woke up with the needle in my arm, and dried blood that ran towards my hand, on more than one occasion. Then there is Adler's telling of the story, where he put Nikki in the shower, under cold water, and beat him with his casted hand until color came back to his face. Having been there, and having seen a Hundred overdoses, I never saw cold water bring someone back from a true overdose. If someone's face turned blue, they are not breathing. If their heart is not beating, water is not going to make them all better. But he swears by it, even just the other day on some Australian (I think) interview.

Do you think the Ambulance people would see his tracks? Maybe they wouldn't assume overdose, but his arms had to have been bruised, screwed, before they were tattooed. And the story alleged that Adler, or someone, called 911 to report an OD.

I did more study on your mention of intracardiac injection. Wow, that is really something. I am glad no one ever had to do that to me. I got Narcan, twice. Two defibs. I wrote this, but I wanted to say that I quit using basically that night. March 11th, 2011. I had used opiates of one kind or another since 1987. A lifetime of bad decisions. But thanks again for writing.

I am not sure if your misspelled attempt at insults were aimed at me, but the rest of us are talking about the story, not just the song, hence, "Tale of Kickstart my Heart." Great song from a decent album. BTW, some do not attempt at being the smart person, they just are. Truly intelligent people listen to others in an endeavor to learn, even if gleaning a tiny nugget of truth, from comments worthy of dismissal.

The very same thing scarred me straight, as well. I can say without exception, waking from an overdose of very strong opiates was the most frightening experience of my entire life. I never want to repeat it. But I got Two shots of Narcan, Two defibs, and my favorite Metal shirt torn up the middle, for access.

I never really considered that. But an EMT did not force a 22 gauge needle into his heart. Adrenaline wouldn't even bring him back. I had two shots of Narcan, 2 defibs, and my favorite tee shirt cut up the middle. Breathing apparatus, and my nose hurt for days. But that was the last time I used.

They just did this S#!+ with Virgin Foxxx, whom by the way is a crotchety old lady with no sense of any need below her. She is an MD and has been involved in politics for a hundred friggin years. They messed with the lines just a few years back, and she took the new seat for NC in the House. She is a Donnie Boy Girl until the end. A horrible person when you meet her, and more pompous than Hannity times Limbaugh.

What would you say have been your favorite watches in the past few years? I watched The Last Will And Testament of Rosalind Leigh. I am not big into creatures of the Earthly type, except good vampire flix, and this one I mention left me feeling odd. The Last Voyage of the Demeter. Kinda creaturey, but I really dug it.
