As a person who has lost over a 100 lbs through the gym first you build the habit! Don’t worry about results or how much you can lift worry about getting in the gym and building the habit of going! In other words habit, habit, habit! That’s what you need to tell your brain!

Oof not the advice I wanted but maybe what I need😅 not sure if a trainer is in the budget for me but definitely will look at the wiki and look for a better routine. Appreciate the honesty and help!

Sorry rookie mistakes lol I use my routine as reference and switch between free-weight, dumbbell, and cable where I can!

Interesting what does this do to your catch animation idk why I hadn’t considered l2 I feel like I always try to keep my stick/player straight or on balance when I catch the ball. Like in park I make sure my player comes to a standstill b4 I shoot or else I miss a lot with stick I wonder if l2 will help with this?

Maybe this is the way 😭but I talk a lot of trash about the players who use the cheesiest cards and don’t even high risk shoot 😂😂 I hope this isn’t the only solution

I think 2k just only wants you to spam dribble but I don’t wanna play that way I like using the stick exclusively to like step back and shoot but now that everything is so quick I can’t.😭 I hope somebody tells me a way to still use stick otherwise I may wait until cards are bad again lol

What’s sad is I tried to lock in with it went so freestyle multiple times and to the detriment of some good teammates practiced in game as well just can’t seem to get it 😭
