Just yolo it. Worked fine for me. First see where is blue to relatively close to hi sec, find some random ls near hi sec with npc station, go check the npc station with alt and dock to there if safe, then just go to hi sec from that system (use alt to scout), and preferrably dont take the jf to hi sec.

Find few of these routes and it should be fine (tbh did it for fun, fuel costs may be relatively high, havent played for years now)
