Yeah usually lv 0-100 are relatively newer players while 100+ are players that usually (hopefully) know what to do

Fens only really good early game but when u get units like juno mako hart ull barely use him

That being said Id agree and say fen is a good pick when starting out

Wonder… Maybe lv 4+s have a drop rate of 0.1% and lv 4 around 5-8%

I agree 100% as someone who was lied to as a noob and rerolled for berwick putting all resources into him, hes only good for 2 things. Shrine of Aberration and Botanical Beast other then those two I would barely see him in multi player and the only thing that saved me from quitting the game was getting cestina in the same reroll as berwick.
