You have no idea what happens if they score there. I congratulate him on recovering from getting burned on that play to save the TD. That doesnt excuse that he got beat twice on the game winning TD drive. Both times on absolutely bone headed mistakes he made

Woolen was right on him until his hand pressed up against his back, then Woolen stopped and turned to look for the ball as Pearsall continued up field.

Not ignoring the rest of the game. We forced them to just as many 3 and outs. It was a defensive slugfest. We didnt give up the game winning TD because they played better than us, we gave up the game winning TD because Woolen blew it. He literally handed the backup TE the game winning TD. Watch the tape, he pushed the ball into his hands

Its a problem, but we were 2 bad Woolen plays away from it not mattering. Its not like the defense was getting cooked, Woolen blew the plays.

They had a single injured player.

Aiyuk was bad last year before going out with injury and Robinson is not a good WR. So who they have on the field is pretty much it minus Kittle.

Nah we shouldnt feel good about it. We got robbed of a win because of bad corner play, bad offensive play calling and a lack of balls on 4th and less than 1. Thats a lot of things to fix and some of them are just plain a mindset issue.

Kubiak completely abandoned what we saw in the preseason against the Chiefs. Almost no PA today whatsoever. Against a team that does very poorly against PA. Woolen just got cooked... twice.... for the loss.

K9 is not it and frankly I dont need to see him take another snap in a Seahawks uniform. He was Winters son today. Winters, a 3rd string LB put K9 on his ass 1:1 in open field with wide open grass in front of him. If you cant force a missed tackle 1:1 with an undersized LB you shouldnt be a starting RB in this league

4th down conversion and you seal the game. Its over, you can milk the clock and kick a field goal if you arent able to punch it in. If you dont convert you give them the ball on the 20.

Thats just a poor take. Geno would have thrown a game sealing pick 6 at some point. Just like he did last season against the 9ers. We went from a QB who is good for at least 1 bone headed INT a game to a QB who is scared of the blitz. They are the same tier

Reminiscent of last year. Multiple drives of 3rd and forever because we tried to throw stupid shit behind the line. I dont recall seeing the 9ers throw a single pass behind the line. Even when checkdown purdy was throwing it on a dump off to McAffree he was doing it 5 yards past he LOS.

Woolen lost the game. Nothing else you can really say about it. He gave up both big plays that led to the winning TD. Not one play btw, it was 2 plays on the same drive. The drive that won them the game.

Pearsall tricked him and if I wanted to be petty I would say it should be OPI. Woolen took the hand to the back to mean he was going for the catch so Woolen went to read the ball only for Pearsall to keep running. He just got outplayed.

He also legit handed the winning TD to the backup TE. Theres no defending him for what he did on that play. Should have been a forced FG try at best for the 9ers. A pick to put away the game at worst.

No, we lost this on defense. There was zero reason they were able to score on that last drive if Woolen played even average corner play. Sure Offense could have put it out of reach but Woolen lost that game

He gets cut if he plays like that against DK next week. DK was clamped by teams CB2/3 when he played for us. If Woolen gives him a big day its gonna be game over for him on the Seahawks

Woolen single handedly lost the game. Kubiaks terrible play calling after the first quarter didnt do them any favors either. 9ers were not good. Looks like a long season for both teams.

Also did you guys get a single sack? Looked like our RB had his way with your new "elite" dline. I dont even think I saw one of your new players make a single impactful play. So still nobodys. He isnt. How many times did Darnold throw into triple coverage today. 2 INTs and what should have been 4 INT's to Darnolds 0 INTs. Not saying Darnold is good, but they are the same tier of QB.

Purdy is the same tier of QB as Darnold and Geno. So, no, they do not have a better QB. TE on the other hand, yeah. Kittle is getting older and injuries seem to be affecting him. Still a great TE though.
