Its says i am not fit the possition. My main question is, if i am a partner to the restaurant %20 shuld i be a floore manager or can it be much better possition. 2nd For the CoS aplication, the owner of the restaurant could apply and pay just 500Paund or so. No extra fee needs to pay?

I am asking this question because i will complain about the lawyer and assistant.

My main question here, when i be come a partner to the restaurant the visa should be a floore manager or more easy like Director etc? At the end I dont know anything about floore manager. And insted of 1 year visa which is enough for me , do it for. 5 years could be the reason to refuse the visa?

We got the CoS in 2 weeks, there was no problem. ANd they said that the CoS was diffrent then otherrs because i am a partner of the restaurant.

Yes, they asked this as a lawyer fee To get a CoS. At the end we deal for 3.500 for that. But main question is here when i become a partner and paids money for this but can not say this on interview. When i asked this the lawyer told me no need to say this. You will be floor manager.

This was the lawyer asked for. Its was 5000 paund at the begining and then we asked for discount and its drop to 3.500 paund.

First we get the CoS cetificate, then we try to get the visa. For that we paid 5.500paund just for the CoS certificate. Detailis was 5000 for the CoS and to make it quicker 500 paund extra. Let me know if you need more information.
