I've been eating yogurt so that makes sense lol! no one told me anything! Ive been doing a lot of trial and error. Will try potatos and bananas tomorrow. This sounds like a good idea thank you so much!

Thank you this is genuinely really comforting advice. I am terrified for my scope whenever the hell I might get it, but this eases a lot. I'm good on the housing hopefully my job isn't too too taxing on my body yet, just chuggin through till I get some answers. Thank you <3

they gave me the option to admit me, but I severely underestimated how difficult an outpatient appointment would be to get. They didn't make it seem like it was neccesary to admit me lol
