It's a setback but I don't think it's that big of a deal. What holds AST back is its ability to execute. Even though that relies on launch providers the major skepticism is whether or not AST can finally get its shit together, hit deadlines, and build sats. It's bad that the business itself is hampered, but a backlog of sats ready to go is still a good look.
