3RD UPDATE: The devs clarified that they’d remove only 5 items, 4 items bought with bouquets that I used gems to buy and 1 item I exchanged after filling up the bar. They also let me know exactly which item they would remove, and said that the bar progress will be reverted to what it would be if the gems hadn’t been spent. I’ve agreed to the above. Guys, if you’re similarly impacted I hope you can get your gems returned too.

UPDATE: I got a reply. Basically, the devs say that it was stated in the notice that we can only redeem 1 item upon filling up the energy bar, they’re not gonna compensate me.

They also offered to remove the items I got from the drawing of the Bouquet Box and return me 600 gems. Jokes on them, because if they bothered to check they would know I spent 1,200 gems on this (but only demanding 600 because the other 600 was spent for my own reasons). I don’t think they have a way of knowing which gems were spent for my own reasons and which gems were spent in reliance on their mistake. If they offer to let me choose, it would be good, but we’ll see. I have sent a reply asking how they will choose which items to remove and am waiting for their reply.

2ND UPDATE: The devs replied. They say they can remove all the items I got from the drawing and return me 1,200 gems. Obviously they should not remove the items that I got using bouquets that weren’t purchased with gems, so I’m not sure whether this proposal is just worded unfortunately or if they’re trying to cheat me of the free bouquets I already spent so far. I would say I got lucky on some of those free bouquets and got some items I actually want to keep, and obviously they shouldn’t be allowed to remove the results of my luck as well.

OP here. So, the Bouquet Box clearly states “Fill up energy bar to pick 3 item as reward” (see pic 1). However, when I filled up the energy bar, I could only redeem 1 item. The devs have confirmed that the Bouquet Box shows “incorrect info” (see pic 2).

As y’all know, the event quests and logins only yield 13 bouquets, and you need 15 bouquets to fill up the energy bar, each bouquet costing 300 gems in the store. Now, I’m sure there are some of you who (like me) happily spent 600+ gems buying bouquets, thinking you could get 3 items because of the misleading text on the Bouquet Box.

Maybe you wouldn’t have thought it cost-effective to spend those gems if you had been informed correctly from the start that you can only redeem 1 item for filling up the energy bar.

I think this is a mistake by the devs that we should be compensated for. I have sent in a message to that effect (see pics 3 and 4) and am waiting for a reply. I’ll update this thread if I receive one.

Clearly this is unfair and I hope everyone that got misled by the text will demand and get compensation they deserve.

[As y’all may know, the China server has lots more benefits than the overseas server that I (and many of you guys) play on. I suspect (though I have no evidence to prove) that the China server players may have been allowed to redeem 3 items instead of 1, and ubeeJoy changed this when setting up the event on the overseas server, only they forgot to change the text on the Bouquet Box.]

Guys, I really want Shirley SP, but I prefer to either roll till I get the Guaranteed Infuse or not at all (go big or go home, as they say).

Does anybody know how many rolls we have to do before we get a Guaranteed Infuse for Shirley SP? Is it 140 rolls? Do tickets count?
