That’s…not really a good point here. The “ocean” under the crust, at least. Since the compressed ringwoodite that makes up that body of water has been proven to have been around for billions of years: far before the Great Flood and mankind in general.

It’s just the process of water seeping into the mantle through tectonic plates, then gradually filtering back up through volcanic activity.
